As the Sales Administration Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of administration processes. This includes overseeing customer file progression, sales invoicing, vehicle flow, ordering, and management reporting.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt and accurate administration flow
  • Progress customer files efficiently
  • Handle sales invoicing and vehicle flow
  • Oversee ordering processes
  • Assist Sales Admin Manager with personnel and departmental operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a main dealer environment preferred
  • Demonstrated determination, tenacity, and team leadership skills
  • Proven track record of achieving results
  • Strong team player and self-motivated individual
  • Experience in managing a team is desirable
  • Commitment to driving high standards in customer care
  • Previous experience in the motor trade industry, specifically in administrative duties, is advantageous
