Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and proactive professional to join our dedicated team as a Cover Supervisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the continuity of learning by supervising lessons when teachers are absent. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring students remain on task and complete assigned work, maintaining good order within the classroom.
• Providing assistance and explanation to students as needed, ensuring they understand and carry out the tasks set by the teacher.
• Utilizing your skills to work effectively with both groups and individuals, drawing on any experience working in schools or with teenagers.

About You:

• You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Proven ability to work with large groups of teenagers or within school settings is advantageous.
• Candidates educated to degree level are encouraged to apply, especially those interested in progressing onto the SCITT Programme to become a teacher.
