Telesales Executive - Colnbook - £25k-£30k plus commission

A specialist Logistics company with an enviable list of household name clients have a brand new opening for several Telesales Executives to join them as they start their journey to double revenue within the next 5 years.

Having received PE investment they are now in a position to strengthen their lead generation team to support the Business Development Managers with qualified leads.

Job role of the Telesales Executive:

  • Sales calls to prospective or lapsed clients
  • Prospect for leads and perform cold-calling to build a strong pipeline
  • Confident using different methods for generating leads (cold calls / email / social media / events etc)
  • Book meetings for the business development team.
  • Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs
  • Update customers about new launches and record customers reactions to new products
  • Be aware of the latest industry trends.

Who/what are we looking for?

  • Outbound telesales experience
  • Excellent tele manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tenacity and ability to handle rejection.
  • Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
