Join our team as an eBay Operative and step into the vibrant world of online retail at Restore Technology

As an eBay Operative, you'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure seamless E-commerce processes and excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving and managing goods and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
Inputting accurate stock data into our computerised system and maintaining up-to-date records
Researching items for resale value and performing basic testing where required
Listing items for resale across multiple E-commerce platforms, including EBAY
Efficiently picking and packing orders with precision and care.
Interacting with customers to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
Safely handling product manoeuvring and adhering to manual handling procedures
Operating in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including responsible handling of hazardous materials
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the work area to enhance operational efficiency
Providing recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and add value

ABOUT YOU

Experience in team environments and strong communication skills
Methodical work ethic, numeracy, and IT proficiency
Ability to plan, organise, and multitask effectively
Understanding of health and safety protocols
Flexibility to adapt to various duties and tasks as required
