About the Role
Based at Weston-super-Mare ideally, but can be based at Bridgwater or Avonmouth.What will I be doing?
We are looking for an experienced Resourcer / Recruiter to join our in house talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment.What are the requirements? (experience and qualifications)
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent with the enthusiasm and drive to take on a new challenge and take their career in a new direction. You will be experienced in building strong relationships with all levels of management and HR to understand business and talent needs, working closely with the hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies. To apply candidates should possess relevant experience in a full life-cycle recruitment role gained either in-house or with an agency and have the drive to make an impact in this challenging but rewarding role.*** Internal title - Resourcing Assistant ***
