Product Support Coordinator

Fixed Term Contract (approx 12 months)

Wotton under Edge

Renishaw’s CMM Division requires a coordinator to support the end user and subsidiary business. 


Reporting to the current Service Manager, the role will require close liaison with the applications, hardware support group and installation engineering teams to support the day to day activities of the service function of the business.

Responsibilities

Machine install data management

General NISR shipments

Miscellaneous purchases

Engineer scheduling

Equipment management

Customer interaction from order receipt

OEM support

Overseas engineer support

Organisation of training for customers and Renishaw engineers

Service agreements

Order processing

Logistics management

Software license issuing

The role involves day to day interaction with the service and support teams ad reports directly to the CGPD Service Manager.

Key requirements

The successful candidate should already have some experience in a service support / coordinating role and whilst not essential, experience of working a technical or engineering environment would be favourable.
