Community Housing are delivering on an exciting new pilot project, Jobs Plus. As a result of this we are looking to our current team ensure our continued success. We are seeking to appoint an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic person to undertake the rewarding role of a Jobs Plus Pilot Manager.
The successful candidate will be expected to Co-ordinate the team and co-location partnership approach of the project through working with local organisations that meet the JPP targets and support the local community to achieve positive outcomes through addressing barriers such as: health, skills, financial exclusion and caring responsibilities. Have a positive attitude and be an effective communicator with participants and external partners.
This post is a fixed term contract until May 2025. It will be funded through The Department for Work and Pensions, it is a challenging post that will require you to be innovative. You will be part of a dedicated team that provides a high-quality service and an organisation that is committed to valuing and supporting its employees and the local community.
Although not essential Information, project management experience and an understanding of the UK Welfare to Work Programme would be advantageous. However, if you have the right transferable skills of great communication, organisation and empathy we would be happy to receive your application.
