Locations: Aylesbury, Birmingham, Bushey
OTE Salary: £96,000

Queens Park Care is working with a valued client looking to recruit a Regional Support Manager for their England region. The position will cover two medium-sized care homes in Aylesbury and Bushey, with one more pending contract completion in Birmingham.

Our client operates five care homes across the UK, with two more pending contract completion. They are committed to providing their residents with the highest standards of care and believe in a friendly and homely atmosphere where residents can live a full life.

You Will Be Responsible For:
  • To carry out specific operational or quality projects within a Home or across the area as directed by the Owners.
  • To provide robust and professional leadership in the Homes and to ensure the efficient and economical use of pre-agreed resource level.
  • Providing advice and support to Home Managers and senior staff in a Home to assist them in achieving the highest standards of care and quality.
  • Responsible for retaining and recruiting quality staff.
  • Undertaking operational and quality project work in relation to a specific Home or Homes within the area, i.e., budgeting, management reviews, audits or investigations, team building, mentoring, and training.

Interview Process:

The interview process will be in a two-stage format.
  • Stage One – Video call interview with the Regional Director and Owners
  • Stage Two - In-person interview with the SMT

The Candidate:
  • Proven track record of achievements in Home Management within medium/large residential, dementia and nursing homes.
  • A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) with an active PIN is desirable.
  • Care home acquisition exposure is desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of clinical issues/audits.
  • Highly resilient and able to progress change and lead people through it.
  • An understanding of employment law and the HR process is desirable.
  • Multi-site experience would be advantageous.
  • Must be a car driver and comfortable with occasional overnight stays.

Remuneration Package and Benefits:
