The role of the Store Manager

- Run the day-to-day operations of the shop, making sure customers have a great experience.

- Lead, train, and inspire your team of baristas.

- Manage stock, orders, and keep everything running smoothly.

- Hit sales targets and keep an eye on the numbers.

- Ensure the shop stays clean, safe, and welcoming.

- Come up with creative ideas to boost sales and attract more customers.

The right Store Manager

- Previous management experience in hospitality or retail.

- A natural leader who can motivate and support your team.

- A passion for great coffee and customer service.

- Good communication and organisational skills.

- Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
