Job Opportunity: Voids Surveyor (Temporary Contract) Location: Hertfordshire
Are you an experienced Voids Surveyor seeking a temporary contract in Hertfordshire? We have an exciting position available for a skilled professional to join our team.
Role Overview: As a Voids Surveyor, your primary responsibility will be assessing vacant properties within our portfolio. You’ll conduct thorough inspections, identify necessary repairs, and collaborate with contractors to ensure timely solutions. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and effectively liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
Duration: Temporary contract - can be extended but minimum 3 months.Rate: Approximately £300/day Working Pattern: Hybrid
