As a KS1 supply teacher with Hays, you will be provided with all the necessary information to ensure you are comfortable with the position you are in, with regular after-care check-ins, ongoing support from experienced consultants and continued support in growth and development.
This exciting role allows you to be flexible in deciding when, where and how often you work. As a supply teacher with Hays, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents at some fantastic schools in Devon, and we aim to match you with the schools that suit you.
What you'll need to succeed 

Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a relevant fieldQualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent certificationIn-class teaching experience within the last 5 yearsRight to work in the UKWilling to undertake a DBS checkAble to receive calls or texts at 7am about supply needed for that dayExcellent communication skillsPassion and enthusiasm for teaching and learningHave a strong understanding of the national curriculumStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to adapt to diverse learning styles and create an inclusive environment
