Communications and Campaign Manager

THE ROLE
Smart Pension is one of the fastest-growing pension schemes in the UK. With over £5 billion in assets under management and over 1.5 million members. This is a great job for someone who has workplace pensions experience as you will support the development and delivery of Smart Pensions communications proposition to our customers.
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of communication campaigns from start to finish. You will build creative concepts to bring pensions to life with the primary focus on transfers, contributions and personalisation. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in crafting the communications, organising the data and planning the delivery of the campaign.
Responsibilities:
- Craft, develop and deliver communications campaigns that drive revenue and assets under management
- Think creatively to develop new engaging pension campaign concepts
- Support our Key Client Account team to deliver personalised campaigns to their employees and measure the success of them
- Work with our Data engineers to segment campaigns by different demographics
- Build and deliver the communications strategy for new client wins or acquisitions
- Contribute and share monthly dashboards to cover team performance
- Attend and present at client and new business pitches
- Review communication requests and make sure they’re in plain English and easy to understand
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create consistent and compliant messaging across our products
- Work with the Operations team and other stakeholders to prioritise requests and understand their requirements

- Knowledge of workplace pensions
- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience distilling complex concepts into something easy to understand.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of project delivery (including the ability to consider/challenge the status quo while considering the overall impact of any changes)
