The post holder will be joining a dynamic and innovative Care of Elderly Team of 7 Consultants

The Post Holder is expected to get involved in delivering multidisciplinary care provisions of all Care of the Elderly and frail patients who are admitted or referred to the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend .

Main duties of the job

The post holder will join the Care of the Elderly Team at the Princess of Wales Hospital.

You will provide a clinical service, with colleagues, which will include the responsibility for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness within the Care of Elderly Team.

Working with consultant colleagues and the multi-professional team you will have continuing responsibility for the well-being of all patients under your care allowing for proper delegation to, and training of staff.

The post holder will be expected to participate in a 1:21 on Call Rota
