What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Data training needs analysis and prioritisation.
  • Developing target personas to align training needs at scale.
  • Identify, develop, and implement training initiatives, curriculum, content, and communication plans.
  • Define, engage, and build relationships with target user cohorts.
  • Manage relationships and alliances with external delivery partners and vendors.
  • Develop and implement progressive training pathways (skills belts).
  • Act as a primary point of contact and SME for data training within Jet2.
  • Support creation of a Jet2 data brand and culture.

What you’ll have:
 
  • As a specialist in learning & development with a remit in data, you’ll be passionate about enhancing data literacy at scale and understand the value this brings as part of data-led transformation.
  • You’ll be familiar with key data concepts and terminology and be able to bridge technical and non-technical domains to engage a diverse range of users and personas.
  • As this role requires working fluidly across business and central teams, you’ll be a people person with excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • You’ll be comfortable working with external delivery partners at all stages of a contract lifecycle to ensure the right resources are available to scale delivery of training initiatives.
