Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients to live at home with their families.
We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our female clients home in Tidworth.
Meet the client:
This lady is a new client to our company. Our client is a 81 year old lady who has complex dementia and lives at home with her daughter. Our client likes to listen to classical music and watch game shows.
When you'll be working:
- Days and Nights available
- 6 hour long days: either 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm
- Waking nights: 8pm-8am
- Full time or Part time available
- We will provide care every day and every night (7 days a week)
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our brand new female client who has dementia in her own home. This will involve supporting with all aspects of daily living and managing challenging behaviour.
We are looking for Support Workers who have previous experience working with dementia clients.
What you'll have:
- Experience with Dementia
- Kind and caring nature
- Flexibility & reliability
- Good communication skills
What to look forward to:
- up to 12 per hour (depending on experience)
- Full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager provided
