We’re seeking a NVH Attribute Lead to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Head of Vehicle Performance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and running a comprehensive NVH process including developing the process. You will be overseeing the entire process from benchmarking and target setting to customer sign-off working with the vehicle development team and other performance teams in target balancing.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you’ll do

  • Leadership of the NVH attribute for the Vehicle programme.
  • Definition of a comprehensive whole vehicle strategy including target setting, system alignment, virtual and physical development & sign-off of the attributes for production..
  • Management of attribute projects
  • Participation in vehicle level target balancing activities with other attributes, timing or cost.
  • Planning & coordination of all necessary activities for attribute development and sign-off.
  • Project Budget & timing responsibility

 

Who you are

  • Experience in a position demonstrating attribute management.
  • Technical experience in the automotive industry is preferred
  • Degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline is preferred.
  • Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to explain and/or simplify complex technical information
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
  • The ability to influence people in decisions is crucial
  • You should be a team player moving to becoming a role model for best practice in the organisation
  • Knowledge of state of the art in NVH performance.
