We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager, with experience looking after High Net Worth individuals. The principal part of the role is to grow and service a portfolio of clients. The job holder will position the investment message of the Business in a portfolio context and provide investment advice directly to clients either on a regular basis or as required.

In this role you will:

⦁ Develop relationships with high net worth clients to grow Asset Under Management (AUM) and profitability which may include some international travel to deepen client relationships.
⦁ In line with annual targets, grow and service a portfolio of HNW clients operating from USD2m+ and including Ultra High Net worth (UHNW) space of USD30m+.
⦁ Position with a solid understanding of appropriate investment solutions to HNW/UHNW clients and prospects – specifically, discretionary, advisory, alternatives, funds, fixed income, equities & credit (including Lombard).
⦁ Will be accountable for assessing client needs, developing a comprehensive investment strategy, co-ordinating sales and execution against that strategy, and monitoring the performance and appropriateness of the client’s overall investment portfolio on an ongoing basis – sometimes with the help of an Investment Councellor.
⦁ Job holder will develop positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, Compliance and Risk where appropriate to improve client’s portfolios and align with the risk profile.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

⦁ Minimum Level 6 Investment qualified requirement (CISI PCIAM, CII Chartered or equivalent).
⦁ Prior Relationship Management and/or Investment Advisory experience within a Private Banking HNW or Wealth Management context is essential.
⦁ Highly self-motivated with exceptional organisational skills
⦁ Outstanding stakeholder management experience.
⦁ Highly autonomic and able to work as part of team as well as on own initiative. 
⦁ Exceptional Interpersonal skills, communication skills and an ethical mindset.

This role is being offered on a hybrid basis with Jersey being the based location. This role will require on occasions, the successful candidate to travel internationally for client and business meetings.
