Our mid stylist work as part of the studio workflow appropriately styling e-commerce garments according to Style Guides and brand requirements

The Styling team work as part of the end-to-end Studio Workflow process, styling END. products in a relevant and appropriate manner to support their sale online for a best in class retail experience.

What you'll be doing:

Key responsibilities  

  • Adhering to the END. Style Guide to ensure that all products are styled in an appropriate manner, interpreting brand aesthetics and adjacencies.
  • Ensuring that END. are styling products in alignment with the Style Guides, customer profiles and brand requirements to support the sale of our product online.
  • Ability to work flexibly across a range of products and brands to create client-facing imagery.
  • Collaboration with an on-set team to direct models and select strongest poses/imagery that accurately represents the products.
  • Responsible for escalating any bottlenecks or issues appropriately with the Styling Manager and Senior Stylists. 
  • Adheres to the END. style guide and influences Styling Team with research, processes and systems with a focus on continuous improvement to drive the quality of work. 
  • Continuously looking to improve our online imagery, providing competitor reports and conducting site walks. 
  • Look to enhance styling creatively with the product selection of our Model's Wardrobe offering support and suggestions to Styling Assistants.
  • Ensures the team quality and continuous improvement to drive an exceptional customer retail experience. 
  • Coaching and mentoring Styling Staff, providing feedback and guidance to support team and development.
  • Leading by example on set, opening discussions about the brand, challenging poses, styling and direction.
  • Active interest in image development , research and mood-boarding.
  • Styling reporting  - providing the business with relevant, timely and accurate data and targets to drive performance and decision making.
  • Achieve KPI targets associated with the role with a focus on reducing time to site and cost per style and unblocking (or escalating) issues to maximise productivity.  

What you'll be able to demonstrate

Skills and Experience

  • Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks. knowledge can be acquired through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. Operates within a defined role, with some autonomy in how tasks are delivered.
  • In depth brand knowledge and active interest in keeping in keeping up to date with evolution of trends and patterns within the industry.
  • Welcome feedback and embrace change.
  • Have a strong desire to improve imagery and provide references and research to demonstrate knowledge and ideas.
  • Provides on the job training/support for more junior team members. May allocate resources and coordinate tasks for the team, check and report on quality and work progress and individual actions. May act as coach/mentor.
  • Understands procedures and has the capacity to evaluate and select the appropriate alternatives from defined options and plans and monitors own work within agreed deadlines. Responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of your own work.
  • Produces routine reports and other documents from standard templates. Performs a range of activities in a variety of structured environments.
  • Direct impact on customer experience and team performance through the quality of the tasks performed or services provided.
  • Have an encouraging and influential attitude towards mentoring, sharing knowledge with other team members and providing guidance to develop the next talent of junior styling members who join our team.
  • Good verbal and written communication with colleagues and/or customers, maintaining professional, open and honest communication.
  • Focused ability to work collaboratively in a team working to tight deadlines with an agile and flexible attitude.
  • Level 3, A level or equivalent work experience,
