The Senior TenderManager role reports to the Subsea Business Unit Director and leadsthe development of proposals for the supply of the full range ofBeams service lines often including integrated services andtechnology lead solutions. The role is responsible for ensuringthat all tender submissions align with Beams commercial guidelinesand strategic objectives contributing significantly to the companysgrowth and market presence.

The SeniorTendering Manager must be a team leader comfortable challengingothers have great relationship building ss be a confident customernegotiator and have an unwavering drive tosucceed.

Objectives& Responsibilities:

BusinessDevelopment & Growth

• Collaborate closely with BusinessDevelopment (BD) and Sales teams to identify new opportunities forbusiness growth.

• Contribute todecisionmaking processes related to new opportunities.

• ist the Business UnitDirector & Chief Revenue Officer in defining andimplementing targets aligned with strategic objectives.

ProposalDevelopment & Coordination

• Support the Tendering Team in thepreparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.

• yse client requests forquotations compile technical requirements perform cost calculationsand conduct risk essments.

• Program works and draftschedules incorporating high probability opportunities into thecorporate vessel schedule.

• Coordinate larger andcomplex proposal submissions ensuring the endtoend bid process iseffectively managed.

• Ensure proposals meethighquality standards and align with Beams objectives

StakeholderEngagement:

• Liaiseeffectively with subcontractors partners and supportingdepartments/functions to ensure seamless coordination during thetendering process.

• Leadreviews with the executive team to gain approval for riskapproaches.

• Attendclarification meetings with clients as needed.

• Provide support duringcustomer negotiations to facilitate deal closure.

Doentationand Reporting:

• umeresponsibility for all ociated handover doentation in the event ofa successful award.

• Generate reports forinternal key stakeholders to monitor progress and outcomes.

• QC and support widerTender Teams proposals

• Elish and maintain alibrary of reusable materials templates and proposal elements tostreamline future bids.

• Aminimum of 5 years experience in tender management or a relatedrole within the maritime renewables or offshore industry anddemonstrable understanding of commercialrisk.
• An understanding of the operationalrequirements for Subsea solutions e.g. understanding of SubseaInspection/Cable Survey/UXO & Boulder Clearancepreferred
• Strong leadership abilities with atrack record of developing & leading highperformingteams
• Attention to detail and focus on qualityin tendering deliverables
• Effective timemanagement able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meetdeadlines
• Thorough understanding of thecommercial and technical aspects of Beams service offerings andproficiency in proposal development andsubmission
