An established law firm with a strong reputation in family law is seeking a skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join their team. The firm prides itself on providing a client-focussed service across a range of practice areas including Family Law, Employment Law, Private Client Services, and Dispute Resolution.

This opportunity offers the chance to work on a varied caseload, providing expert advice and representation across all aspects of family law, including contentious and non-contentious matters. The firm is known for its supportive environment and commitment to achieving constructive outcomes for clients.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including:

  • Divorce and separation matters.
  • Financial settlements, including high-value and complex cases.
  • Cohabitation disputes and agreements.
  • Child arrangements, relocation matters, and parental responsibility issues.
  • Cases involving domestic abuse, parental alienation, and related challenges.


The Candidate
The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in family law.
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise in family law procedures.
  • Be a member of Resolution or committed to constructive dispute resolution.
  • Possess excellent communication and client-care skills.
  • Have a proactive approach to managing a varied caseload effectively.
