Job summary

This post provides administrative support to the Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES).

The ICES team are a countywide team who provide clinical advice and support to Assessor within Gloucestershire, and out of county Assessors. The team also support Gloucestershire Industrial Services (GIS) to help manage community equipment stock to benefit Service users within the county.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will manage an email inbox, answer the phone, take meeting minutes, liaise with equipment reps if required, and take on delegated administrative tasks from the team.

Job description

Job responsibilities

The post holder will:

Manage an email inbox and answer queries or delegate the query to the appropriate team member.

Answer the phone to help answer queries that come through to the team, or direct the phone call to the appropriate team member.

Take meeting minutes from either attending meetings or writing notes from a recording.

Liaise with equipment reps if required by a team member to gain further information about specific pieces of equipment.

Take on delegated administrative tasks from the team, including letter writing, spreadsheet creating, organising the teams online documentation storage.

Creating areas within Microsoft teams to keep documents.

To keep and analyse data if requested.
