The position for Class 1 Transhipment Driver involves:
Delivery of bulk milk to dairies across the UK. Transhipment role. Ensuring that the deliveries and collections are made on time and in accordance with our client’s requirements. Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers’ expectations. Due to the nature of the locations of our customers there will be a high degree of rural driving. Attending regular training sessions.Essential skills for Class 1 Transhipment Driver:
Must hold a UK Class 1 (CE) Licence. Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card. Be passionate about providing excellent customer service. Working to deadlines. Confident, polite and a team player. Good geographical knowledge. Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated.Why Gregory Distribution?
Salary for Class 1 Transhipment Driver from £30,.26pa to £32,.47pa, and MORE Depending on hours worked. Hours of work are: start between 03:00hrs – 08:00hrs, based on 4on 4off rota.
