About the Role

It's our Housekeeping Team Lead who makes sure the environment of our Home remains exceptional. You'll help us deliver the highest quality person-centred care and work closely with your housekeeping team. And like us, you'll always want to do the best you can and constantly look for ways to improve. You will:
• Ensure the housekeeping department is run efficiently and effectively
• Provide a high standard of service in our Home at all times
• Mentor and help new and less experienced members of our team

About You

Care home experience is not essential for this role (although it’s great if you have some) as we will offer full, dynamic training. The skills we’re looking for include:

Kind and caring with passion for people Listening and great at making conversation with people from all walks of life. Team player who works really well with others.
