Opportunities Available:

Your tasks will involve:
- Making speciality drinks and serving sandwiches, cakes, and pastries
- Serving customers and making world-class connections with them
- “Making every moment right” for all our customers.
- Work with your team to ensure that everywhere is clean, and tidy and that the correct health & safety measures are in place and followed correctly.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions, and ensure an outstanding experience.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in coffee preparation techniques
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
