Job Description

Culina Group have a new opportunity for a proactive, detail orientated Recruitment  Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team 

As a  Recruitment  Administrator, you will play a critical part in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings and assisting with various administrative tasks supporting the Talent Acquisition team. 

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00

Key Duties of a Talent Acquisition Administrator:

  • Assist with the coordination of interviews and scheduling of meetings with candidates
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media and networking
  • Screen CVs and applications to assess candidate suitability
  • Conduct initial candidate screening to evaluate candidate fit for specific roles
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
  • Maintain ATS systems and candidate records
  • Assist with new hire onboarding

Qualifications

  • Previous recruitment administration background within a fast paced environment
  • Strong IT skills with the use of MS Office packages and systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • A high level of productivity, with the ability to self-motivate and take ownership of your work
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
