A Business Development Manager / Commercial Sales Manager is needed to join a leading provider of commercial furniture solutions. Working at the forefront of their new brand, you will take the helm in driving sales initiatives and amplifying market presence.

Now, as they embark on their next phase of growth, they are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Manager / Commercial Sales Manager to join the team.

Your mission as the new Business Development Manager / Commercial Sales Manager is to uncover new opportunities, forge strong client relationships, and deliver bespoke solutions that exceed expectations. Armed with your knowledge of commercial furniture, you'll provide expert guidance, empowering clients to elevate their spaces with confidence and flair. Moreover, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing impactful sales strategies to not only meet but surpass sales objectives. Cultivating enduring customer connections through unparalleled service, while leveraging market research to pinpoint opportunities and understand customer desires, will be key to your success in this role.

To qualify...You will be a Business Development Manager / Field Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Commercial Sales Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • A track record of successful sales in the commercial furniture sector or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you are adept at building rapport with professionals across all levels of organisations.
  • An entrepreneurial approach an and growth mindset, taking responsibility for your own development
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
  • The flexibility to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Exemplary organisational skills, you can manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • A willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You hold a valid UK driving licence.
