Your new role​

You will be responsible forworking on numerous client sites maintainingTransformers and switchgear and working on projects across the UK​

Working on HV, LV, Transformers, Switchgear and Associated Equipment.​

Carrying out service / remedial works on Equipment.​

Able to write up detailed quality reports, daily site reports and such.​

Carry out electrical testing and fault finding.​

Carry out mechanical modifications and repairs.​

Carry out routine PPM (planned preventive maintenance) to a manufacturer’s standard.​

Be proactive in reporting faults to equipment, ​

Ability to test LV protection and type up accurate reports of results.​

Instal HV/LV panels and transformers to manufacturers standard.​

About you​

Desirable qualifications/ skills/ experience ​

BTEC in Electrical Engineering ​

A thorough Understanding of Electrical Power System up to 33KV. ​

Good Transformer knowledge and understanding ​

Have operational experience as a HV Electrical Fitter. ​

Ability to work proactively on your own or in a team​

Be able to prioritise workload​

Ensure work is to a high standard when working on client sites.​

Work well as part of a team​

Must be eligible for SC /CTC clearance and DBS Check.​

Full UK Driving Licence
