Salary: £83.85 - £95.00 Per day

About Protocol Education: Protocol Education have secured a partnership agreement with a multi academy trust, that has outstanding secondary schools across the county.

Job Duties:
  • Supervise students in the absence of a teacher
  • Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Follow the school's policies and procedures
  • Support students with their learning tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong organisational skills
Education:
  • Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of school policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Teaching Assistant qualification
  • First Aid training
Working Conditions:
  • Full-Time position with regular school hours
