I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Supplier & Business Performance Analyst to join their team

Job Description

As Supplier and Business Performance Analyst, your main responsibilities are:

Responsible for tracking & reporting Aftermarket Supplier business performance, people and resource requirements Tracking & producing aftermarket business performance metrics Use data analysis and root cause analysis, to produce regular Supplier Performance reports Support Supplier Relationship Management and business review activity, ensuring alignment Support collation of quality, cost, delivery, innovation and sustainability metrics

Qualifications / Skills needed

Strong data analysis skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel) Ability to extract key data and present to management Good project management skills Highly organised, with experience of delivering in challenging timescales
