Our Audit team are recruiting for an Audit Coordinator to come and join their facst paced and dynamic team.
This role has come about due to the continued growth of the DWF Audit team, which performs external independent audits of third party organisations on behalf of its clients.
About the role
The Audit Co-Ordinator will work as part of a team assisting overseeing all aspects of the audit report process across Connected Services and coordinating work regarding external audits for all legal entities.
Specific Responsibilities:
Communicating with relevant parties (Managing Agents, London Brokers, Coverholders and Third Party Administrators) preparing monthly reporting, attending meetings and report writing Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with both internal and external stakeholders and to successfully manage these relationships Maintain diary to monitor responses; issues; reminders and setting up, maintain and coordinate all audit files Liaising with auditors to ensure they have data required and their availability / allocation of work is managed appropriately Where requested (or if significant issues have been identified) prepare initial summary assessment of audit findings for client. Refer to Peer Reviewer or Senior Auditor before releasing to client Support the continued growth of the DWF Audit team
About you
Experience of managing multi-discipline projects, with proven track record of time, Budget and quality Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail; The ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise Strong computer skills – good working knowledge of MS Office, Intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of access advantageous Excellent time management and organisation skills including managing own workload to meet internal and client service levels; Ability to work independently and assimilate learning materials on many subjects from various sources; Have the ability to work under pressure and balance multiple responsibilities on daily basis Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to juggle competing priorities; and Knowledge and understanding of Lloyd’s and London Market practices. Knowledge of delegated authority business or audit is key
