Entwicklung von Offshore-Windpark-Installationslogistikkonzepten für zukünftige Projekte der RWE Renewables in einem Team von Experten für Fundamentinstallation,Kabelinstallation, Windturbineninstallation und schwimmende WindturbineninstallationSie treiben die Sicherheit und Qualität der Marine Operations für RWE voran,Festlegung von Standards für die Anforderungen an Schiffe und RWEs Standards für den Offshore-Betrieb,Unterstützung der RWE Renewables-Aktivitäten in der Offshore-Entwicklung und im Offshore-Bau in den Bereichen konventionelle Offshore-Windkraft und schwimmende Windkraft als Kompetenzzentrum für Schiffe und Schiffsbetrieb. Dazu gehören CTVs, SOVs, Versorgungsschiffe sowie Schwergutschiffe, Jack-ups, Kabelverlegungsschiffe, Kolkschutzschiffe und AnkerziehschlepperUnterstützung der Beschaffungsprozesse durch Überprüfung/Erstellung des Arbeitsumfangs, Angebotsauswertungen und VerhandlungenDurchführung von Schiffsbesichtigungen bei AnmietungBewertung von Hafenplänen und Vorschlägen für die AuslastungÜberprüfung von Risikobewertungen, Verfahrensanweisungen und BetriebsanweisungenKoordinierung interner und externer Beteiligter, z. Ihr Profil:

Relevanter maritimer Hintergrund als nautischer Offizier oder NautikerTiefgreifendes Verständnis und nachgewiesene Betriebserfahrung mit allen Arten von Schiffsoperationen wie DP-Operationen, Heavy Lifting und Jacking-OperationenErfahrung in der Entwicklung und Pflege von SicherheitsmanagementsystemenMindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in der SchifffahrtVertiefte Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und SchriftStarke Mitarbeit, Eigeninitiative und hohe MotivationFlexible Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft zu häufigen Reisen in Europa, den USA und APACFähigkeit, auf See und in großen Höhen zu arbeitenSehr gute KommunikationsfähigkeitenStrukturiertes Denken, Entwicklung von Methoden und Verfahren
