The Infrastructure Delivery manager willhave strong technical experience across:
The deliveryof IT related projects.
A strong emphasis on qualityaccuracy and meeting deadlines.
Excellent stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to advise senior staff on areaof expertise and present at Project Board / Delivery Board meetingsbusiness decisions at senior management level.

Leadership

1. The DeliveryManager will primarily provide management oversight planning andguidance to Infrastructure team members originating from both theprojects lead domain & other domains where appropriatewithin the Infrastructure department of Technology.

2. Each project will be assigned a project manager roleand have an assigned Lead Domain with in the Technology department.The Lead Domain shall resource the Delivery Manager who will beaccountable for all aspects of IT delivery with the exclusion ofArchitecture testing and service introduction leading to thesuccessful end to end implementation of the IT element of theproject.
3. The majority of projects within the Bankwill require some element of Infrastructure and this role is key inensuring those deliverables are completed.

4. Drives and delivers own pieces of work as well as planning andcoordinating the work of their project delivery team which includescontracting packages of work out to other domains and TechnologySecurity.

5. As the role requires Matrixmanagement and not line management leadership can includemonitoring acting as a coach or mentor and providing thoughtleadership as a subject matter expert. Whilst there are currentlyno direct reports in this role this may change in the future.
