We are currently seeking a full time Business Support Officer with a comprehensive understanding of financial processes and a strong background in budget management. This role is integral to our operations, providing critical support to our older persons care centres in Westbrook and Tenterden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgetary and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial practices, and supporting the financial aspects of governance alongside our partners in Health
- Generate and analyse reports, providing insights into financial performance
- Offer support and guidance to business support staff and maintain the efficiency of administrative systems
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Administration or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient in IT, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills, particularly in financial contexts
- Demonstrable knowledge of financial and performance management processes
