Weare seeking a motivated handsonHospitality &Events Management Internto join our team at thestunningEX Venture Campusin the heartofCanggu Bali. This role offers aunique opportunity to manage the daily operations of our beautifulcampus which includes acaf barrestaurant and event spaces working alongside adedicated team of12 staff members.Youll collaborate directly with the owners of EX Venture gainingvaluablerealworld managementexperiencein hospitality and eventoperations.

YourResponsibilities:

1.Manage DailyOperations:

  • Oversee thedaytoday management of ourcaf barrestaurant and event spaces ensuring a high standardof service and customer experience.
  • Lead a teamof12 staff members providing dailyguidance ensuring tasks are completed and maintaining a positiveand productive workenvironment.

2. Enhancethe GuestExperience:

  • Create aninspirational and welcoming atmosphere for guests and ourinternational community.
  • Work closely with theowners to implement new strategies for improving the guestexperience fromeventsto daily servicesin our hospitalityoutlets.

3. EventPlanning &Execution:

  • Plan andexecute variousevents andworkshopshosted at the campus including guestspeaker series networking sessions and socialevents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing andoperations team topromote events driveattendance and ensure seamlessexecution.

4. TeamLeadership &Motivation:

  • Inspire andmotivate the staff fostering a positive work environment whereeveryonefeelsvaluedandenergized.
  • Developleadership skills by taking initiative solving problems and guidingthe team through the challenges of daytodayoperations.

5.Operational Improvements &Strategy:

  • Work with theowners to identify areas for operational improvement and implementstrategies toincreaseefficiencyandguestsatisfaction.
  • Participate inweekly strategy meetings with the leadership team to discussperformance and upcominggoals.
