Paint Shop Technician

We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent vehicle paint sprayer. The position entails working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours), at our Thame Workshop.
This role may involve occasional overtime, compensated at an enhanced rate, as well as participation in a profit-related company bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing various trucks and chassis components for painting
- Selecting, matching, and mixing paint as necessary for the task at hand
- Applying the appropriate levels of paint to achieve a high standard in both spray and hand finishes
- Conducting quality checks on trucks prior to customer delivery
- Cleaning and maintaining the spray booth and spraying equipment
- Performing general housekeeping and maintenance in the workshop and yard
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of truck deliveries
- Replenishing consumables and other supplies as needed
- Undertaking ad hoc duties as required
