Breakfast Chef

Voted one of the Best Companies to work in the Southwest Rockfish have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning business as a Breakfast Chef at our new beachside Café serving up the freshest seafood. Hours of work for this role run from 8-12

Our Brand-new Café is set in the most beautiful coastal location, right on the beach so our guests will feel connected to the incredible fresh seafood that we serve. You will get to work with world class sustainable seafood, MSC certified or caught and managed in the Southwest of England.

The role

As Breakfast Chef you will support the kitchen team ensuring food is prepared to a high standard, building a strong relationship with our front of house teams to deliver exceptional levels of service to all our guests.

As a new Rockfish Chef, you will be supported by structured training, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with Rockfish. Many of our Head Chefs have worked their way up from this level

Some experience as a Chef within a hotel or restaurant environment would be advantageous.
