We are looking for someone passionate about talent acquisition, to provide proactive recruitment support to the business. This is a rare opportunity to join our organisation during a period of accelerated growth.

Reporting to one of the HR Business Partner, your primary focus will be to provide recruitment and sourcing support to our business teams. As a People First organisation, growth and development are front of mind and there will be opportunity for you to grow into a Recruitment Business Partner role, utilising diverse channels to provide direct sourcing support and delivering across multiple strategic projects for our rapidly growing business.

You will bring prior recruitment experience, enthusiasm, and a results-focused mindset. Additionally, you will have experience in delivering beyond the day-to-day and identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes.

Key Accountabilities

Working with hiring managers providing support and guidance on the best sourcing strategies to attract and identify talent.

Pro-actively source talent for a selection of your vacancies using a range of organic direct sourcing channels (Social media, online forums and CV databases etc) 

Support specialist hiring requirements by reviewing candidate pipelines, suitability and conducting phone screens (when required) to establish a diverse shortlist of talent.

Supporting recruitment campaigns through organic and paid platforms – Indeed hiring events, Reed targeted campaigns, PPC and social media channels.

Leveraging tools such as Textio and Odro to create compelling job descriptions, which are inclusive and bias-free.

Supporting with hiring manager queries including access to and use of Workday Recruiting.

You will also have an opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc projects collaborating with the wider business and HR function.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

You must have a proven track record of recruitment experience within a fast-moving, multi-site business.

Highly organised self-starter with a can-do attitude.

You are a team player, who is motivated by achieving shared goals.

You are a quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments and is able to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.

A proven communicator who is comfortable managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
