At Teaching Personnel, we are working closely with a Primary School in Fallowfield. This school has recently received an outstanding rating from Ofsted. The Governors of this outstanding, Roman Catholic school are looking to appoint an exceptional, reflective and dynamic classroom practitioner to join their early years team. The successful educator will be working in a full-time role (8:30am-3:30pm) and is required to start in school from September.
The school have identified that they’re looking for someone who is flexible. As this role is Level 3 the successful candidate will be expected to cover classes throughout the school in instances of short-term need. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, caring, energetic and self-motivated with a love of children and the desire to help every individual reach their potential.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a practising catholic or willing to support the catholic ethos of the school
- Recent and relevant Teaching Assistant experience in an early year setting
- Excellent numeracy/literacy skills, GCSE level
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Sound knowledge of the primary curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
