The Team

Our Energy Practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands solve their biggest challenges in today’s age of constant disruption. With diverse services spanning strategy and digital innovation to supply chain optimisation, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.

The Role

Ø Experience shaping solutions to solve complex client problems in the Energy and Commodities industries.

Ø Experience performing Business Analyst roles in Trading Front, Middle or Back offices, Shipping & Logistics or Commercial Refining functions within the CTRM industry.

Ø Understanding of business-IT enterprise architecture models, IT operating models, information models and capability maturity models would be desirable.

Ø Ability to develop IP and Market Offerings.

Ø Experience working with an Offshore Delivery Partner would be desirable.

Ø Experience designing and executing Business Analysis related to large transformation programs within the CTRM industry.

Ø Experience either developing new or deepening existing business relationships with key client stakeholders.

Ø Ability to hold discussions with senior client individuals in both technology and business topics.

Ø Build sustainable relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients

Ø Effectively engage with the C-suite to develop our brand and propositions.

Ø Manage teams from across Infosys to ensure the best solutions are developed and value outcomes are delivered for the client

Ø Ensure a competitive advantage is created and maintained

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Principal with Energy Industry knowledge and experience in:

10+ Years’ Experience in Technology transformation and Consulting primarily in the energy & commodities sector with a special focus on ETRM Able to produce top-class work across the various aspects of small, medium and large strategy creation and innovation delivery engagements Experience shaping solutions to solve complex client problems in the Energy and Commodities industries. Experience delivering Trading Front, Middle or Back offices, Shipping & Logistics transformations within the CTRM industry. Ability to develop IP and Market Offerings. Experience either developing new or deepening existing business relationships with key client stakeholders. Ability to hold discussions with senior client individuals in both technology and business topics. Extensive experience with IT Strategy, best practices and technologies Experience as lead for a medium or large technology implementation
