Client Support Advisor - Hybrid 2 days athome

KHR is working with a market-leadingcompany based in the Gravesend area. Due to growth, they arecurrently seeking a Client Support Advisor to join thempermanently.

The Client Support Advisor willbe responsible for providing excellent and efficient customerservice to clients requiring installation services for theirproducts.

Duties willinclude:

Answer the phone/emails: Respond tocalls and emails from customers and take details
of newbookings.
Handle call-outs: Respond to call-outs and takedetails of the requirement.
Arrange bookings: Liaise withinstallers, find the appropriate resource for a job,
andmake the booking between them and the client.
Manage theinformation per booking: Enter all information into the in-housesystems, and issue the correct paperwork.
Payments: Takepayment for the work, and liaise with Accounts to tradecustomers.
Manage queries: Handle any queries aboutinstallation projects as they arise and manage
day-to-dayissues such as cancellations / re-bookings.
Generaladmin: Keep accurate digital and paper records of work completedand keep
filing up to date.

Theideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Afriendly and helpful telephone manner, and confident on thephone.
Good work ethic, with the ability to remainproductive, and well-prioritised with
minimalsupervision.
Excellent customer service skills, showing apolite and constructive approach to
colleagues andcustomers alike.
Computer literacy and confidence inworking in an office environment.
A multi-tasker who canoversee several open bookings at once.
Willingness andaptitude to learn (e.g. about the product range).
Aresponsible person with a keen eye for detail, quality, and a 'getit right first time'
method.

There is the option to workfrom home 2 days per week and 3 days in the office. Benefits willinclude 25 days holiday, healthcare, death in service benefits anda 5% bonus.
