What We're Looking For
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential).
- Experience in Early Years Care: Proven experience working in an early years environment.
- EYFS Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish strong relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Passion for Child Development: A proactive, positive attitude and a true passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: The ability to collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to varying tasks.

Your Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children. Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and Delivering Activities: Developing and delivering age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and creativity.

- Collaborating with the Team: Working closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and share best practices.
