Job Description

The Projects Integration Manager will work alongside business-wide project teams and TCE PMO staff to deliver business priority projects and integrate outcomes in to business as usual.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Lead on implementing and integrating project outcomes into business as usual. To review and access the intake of potential projects. To manage aftercare post PC handover back to BAU Ensure proposals are appropriately tested, planned, and aligned to deliver new energy and TCE set specification objectives, to ensure the correct processes and practice has been followed. Deliver project integration outcomes on time and budget. Contribute to internal and external communication and engagement with members, staff and stakeholders.

Main Duties

Working alongside project teams and BAU staff, identify and complete tasks in line with project plans with the aim of ensuring the implementation of new practice and the integration of project outcomes into business as usual. In liaison with project leads, draft and review project plans to ensure that key actions are completed on time and budget. Communicate project aims, developments and outcomes both internally and externally using a variety of means. Lead on the planning and co-ordination of project integration meetings and events with members, staff and stakeholders to ensure effective project governance and to consult and communicate key developments and changes to practice. Lead the co-ordination of digital design and development work, including the implementation of a learner management system and digitalisation REPORTING MI outputs to ensure the team is affectively recovered , to support the delivery of project outcomes. Attend Change Forum as the link between the forum and the project teams/responsible directorates; and provide project updates as necessary. Undertake regular liaison across all TCE account teams to ensure that project links and interdependencies are identified and communicated, and any barriers to progress are overcome. Carry out project end reviews to ensure that feedback and lessons learned are captured and communicated. Attend national and regional meetings and events which may require occasional travel and overnight stays. Contribute to the business plan of the Directorate and appropriate organisational and corporate policies. Other tasks appropriate to the role as assigned from time to time by the Head of projects. Undertake these responsibilities in line with current legislation and BGIS policies.
