Job Description

Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Hourly Rate: £11.40

Hours per week: 40

We are looking for a nurturing Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our client's team and play a vital role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for the growth and development of young children. The nursery features age-specific playrooms and a secure outdoor area designed to cater to children's diverse needs and support their learning and development journey.

Qualifications
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
  • Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement activities that foster physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development in children
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your supervision
  • Cultivate positive and supportive relationships with children, parents, and team members
  • Maintain accurate records and assessments of children's progress
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children and families
