Are you passionate about working with people living with Dementia, are you motivated to drive change and promote the role of OT within Dementia care. If this is, you then an exciting opportunity has arisen for an HCPC registered occupational therapist to join our Mental Health Occupational Therapy team.

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative individual who has highly developed specialist knowledge and skills of working with individuals living with dementia and their carers/care providers. 

• You will have sufficient skills and knowledge to act as a specialist resource for practitioners across the spectrum of care 
• Recent clinical experience of working to improve services for people living with dementia, would be an advantage but not essential.
 • You will have excellent communication skills to lead, promote and develop best practice 
• You will provide specialist Occupational therapy input into the established IDEAS(Interventions for Dementia, Education and Assessment and Support Team)
