Salary: £30,000 Basic, plus commission

The Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our client's growth and success. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both from home and from our Manchester office. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the expansion of our client's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BTR and PBSA markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including agents, investors, property developers, and residential property providers.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our client's services and products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the BTR and PBSA markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
