Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business analyst - Automation. This role will involve working with LGC’s RPA Centre of Excellence, to join the head office team of this fast growing, private equity backed Life Sciences headquartered in South West London.

Reporting to the Finance Systems Manager, this role will join and strengthen an agile, hard-working, Group Finance team. The role offers variety, breadth of exposure and significant scope for personal and professional development.

The Business Analyst will work within LGC’s RPA Centre of Excellence, promoting the use of RPA across the business, and engaging with internal team members to understand business challenges, collect, document requirements and identify potential automation opportunities. The role will define, promote and apply standard processes for RPA capabilities and serve as a subject matter expert to best support business challenges. There will also be the opportunity to further develop skills within the RPA area, working with tools such as UiPath and ABBYY.

LGC sees RPA as a key enabler for future success, and this role will be a crucial part of enabling the business to take full advantage of the opportunities available.


Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience 
Required Criteria 

  • A mimimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, working with RPA 
  • Experience with automation tools UI Path and Task Capture
  • Excellant stakeholder management skills
