The Mapper Specialist analyses designs, develops, and maintains EDI related projects such as Trading Partner Maps, Client/ERP maps, and Specifications where applicable.

As a you must be extremely customer-oriented and be able to demonstrate full accountability; owning responsibility for the overall success of the mapping of EDI related projects. The position requires programmatic, logical thinking and the ability to grasp the use of proprietary software to develop the aforementioned.

You will possess a methodical and analytical approach and be used to meeting deadlines working on multiple concurrent mapping projects.

Continual improvement is a key part of the mapping process and the ability to demonstrate an eye for process improvement will be a clear advantage.

This is a role- but we expect you to be based in UK

A Mapping Specialist will focus on:

Developing or modifying Trading Partner Maps and/or Client Maps per Client and Client Trading Partner requirements. Examine current Trading Partner/Client data to assess impact to existing current Trading Partner/Client maps. Define and implement projects related to standardisation, organisation and process development as they relate to mapping development and maintenance. Develop and maintain best practices for workload intake and delivery to ensure the team is operating at its highest capacity. Working in partnership with a team on a global scale.

Requirements for success:

Participate in the refinement and documentation of internal mapping related processes. Cross Department Cooperation Problem Solving/Analysis Demonstrate dependability as well as Sense of Urgency Technical Skills and experience creating or working with technical specification documentation

Level of Education:

3+ years client services, business to business, computer support/service 3+ years with Microsoft Office Suite 2+ years of Programming knowledge preferred 1-2 years of EDI experience is preferred
