We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our supportive and nurturing team in Maldon, starting immediately. As a Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children, fostering their social, emotional, and academic growth through engaging and meaningful activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support early development.
- Monitor and document children’s progress, tailoring learning experiences to individual needs.
- Foster a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for young learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents about each child’s development.
- Promote social, emotional, and academic growth through structured play and learning.
