Role: EV Battery Production Technician
As an integral part of our 4R (repair, remanufacturing, refurbishing, repurposing) services team, you'll play a key role in optimising battery life cycles for vehicle OEMs, maximising the value of their inventory.
What you’ll do:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on advanced EV battery packs.
- Collaborate with our engineering team on R&D for multiple clients.
- Use cutting-edge tools and techniques, staying aligned with manufacturer standards.
- Maintain accurate records using our proprietary software.
- Ensure the production floor is a safe and efficient environment.
- Continuously work towards improving operations, meeting deadlines, and adhering to quality standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in the automotive industry preferred.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety.
- Knowledge of production procedures and battery systems is a plus
