As a JuniorBookkeeper you will already have 6 18 months of experience and thisposition will enable you to develop your skills in bookkeepingmanagement accounts andVAT.

KeyDuties & Responsibilities:
  • DataEntry:Accurately enter financial transactions into our accountingsystem.
  • RecordKeeping:Maintain organized and uptodate financialrecords.
  • BankReconciliation:Assist in reconciling bank statements with ourrecords.
  • InvoiceProcessing:Help with preparing sending and trackinginvoices.
  • ExpenseTracking:Record and document expensesefficiently.
  • PayrollSupport:Assist with payroll data entry andverification.
  • FinancialReporting:Help generate basic financial reports for review by seniorstaff.

Requirements
  • AATstudying qualified or qualified byexperience
  • StrongXero sage or QuickBooks softwareexperience
  • Goodknowledge ofExcel
  • Abilityto meet deadlines and work under pressure with limitedsupervision.
